Basically a hatchback Corolla with better ground clearance and (imo) more memorable styling. Size is just fine for daily use, altough the boot is kinda tiny. Fits groceries and a small dig kennel though. Economy is a decent 5l/100km, camera and automatic parking assist helps in tight spots when driving in narrow spaces. Pretty fun car overall, with good reliability, handling, economy and everyday performance. My car is a -21 model year with the 2.0 hybrid (184hp, I recommend this engine over the much less powerful 1.8). It's also the GR-sport version, so pretty much everything comes as standard.

Compact boot space, cramped and gloomy rear cabin with poor legroom, poor infotainment system, so-so road noise, and underpower from a 1.2T. Plus, AWD, smooth CVT, amazing technology, driving dynamics with minimal body roll, and good fuel economy. Build quality and perceived quality is great.
