2 years later, the crv held up really well. For an suv that’s not a hybrid, it has amazing fuel mileage. The space is close to a full size suv while only being a mid size. This is a brilliant suv and the new gen is just as good. To me, this is better than any other mpv or suv on the market. This is an amazing choice and it definitely impressed me.

Size is good from a passenger perspective and for distance driving. In towns/cities width becomes a problem but sensors help. Boot is good size so storage not an issue - however as it is a HEV the space below the boot floor is unavailable - it is therefore more important to have suitable space in boot and elsewhere. Parking is relatively easy if camera and sensors are used properly.

The cr-v has a lot of room in the back and the cabin is very spacious. The boot space is good. The mpg is poor in the city even on eco mode. The highway mpg is ok. It gets around 26 mpg combined. The acceleration is ok for a mid size suv and the car is very reliable. The car is pretty good overall but it is a little bigger than it needs to be.

Great space, often wish I was a passenger in the rear because its limousine like back there and very comfortable, boot capacity is more than generous. Engine is OK but pointless in Eco mode just makes acceleration dull and tedious. Great driving position and more safety features than my last Volvo SUV. Paid more than I wanted for the car new but its will last me some years.
